Bridge Mediation uses a negotiation methodology known as interest-based negotiation. This enables the parties to resolve their issues using a structured results-oriented process to reach mutually acceptable and agreed outcomes.

Chris Pitts

Chris is a nationally accredited (NMAS) mediator focusing on mediating disputes, conflict management and dispute avoidance in the workplace and in business. He is also a trained conciliator and a graded arbitrator and is an active member serving on several mediation panels. In addition to his mediation, conciliation and arbitration qualifications, Chris holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, an MBA and an international certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics. He is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

With over 30 years of experience in management, professional services, information technology and dispute resolution, he assists parties reach agreements which meet their respective needs.

In addition to his mediation and arbitration qualifications, Chris holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, an MBA and an international certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics. He is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
